REIMAGINATIONS OF A JOURNEY WALKED.

A great evening to you my dearest sisters all over the world, my prayer today is that this message finds you encouraged and expectant for what God has got in store for you. I have been thinking about all of you for the past couple of months and praying for a new word for you, and then it all got me thinking about last year and how great God has been to me and the journey I walked from the very first day of 2016 and am so amazed when it comes to how God works and am encouraging you to look back at your journey and stop for a second to re-imagine and just allow yourself a moment to re-capture all those moments to the exclusion of none, all I can think of is how God’s love has taken me from place to another, from situation to another and I know that some of them hurt, yet others brought  so much happiness and  this could be your story too, but may the good lord remind you of the warrior that you are, I want to remind you today and always that you are called for a greater purpose beyond your everyday challenges, I really don’t know who you are but God knows each one of you and listen to what he calls you, the chosen one, his appointed one, the anointed one, capable intelligent and virtuous women and men of God. How awesome is this? That the king of Glory sees each one of us and he has placed something amazing into our hearts, it is time to speak of God’s greatness to our children, to our mothers, fathers, husbands, may be you do not know yet but you can stir something into some ones heart that will change their lives forever, people are busy searching for truth and challenging your faith in as much as they can to distract you, I pray that you only engage in the conversation of love, in the direction of the cross, and that you shall speak to them with so much grace and great precision about the love of God and that they shall look back and be  envious of the God you serve and slowly they shall pivot their direction. I pray that the stirring of God’s spirit in our hearts never grows old, that we shall hunger for more each new day, and that we shall only entertain the message of encouraging one another. Hebrews 10:23 says “let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another- and all the more as you see the day approaching.” 

I had an opportunity to attend the sisterhood at hilsong church; basically it is one of those conferences where women and girls from all over the world gather in the name of God. I truly wish I had words to explain to you what it is like to be in a crowd of women and girls all crying out to God, and worshipping with all their hearts. Truly I tell you there is so much power in a congregation of that kind; all the women came so expectant of a new beginning, re-imaginations of the 2016 as it came to an end. I could see hope and a new awakening getting ready for 2017; needless to say it was nothing short of an exhilarating moment. How I pray that we find positivity in all our circumstances, that 2017 shall be a year like no other in all spheres of our life. I hope that everything will be next level for us all but most importantly that we shall always strive to be in God’s presence praising him with a thankful heart. When this year began someone asked me what my new year’s resolutions were, and l told him I was ready to free style and see what the next day brings I obviously gave that response because I hadn’t yet actually had time to think through my resolutions but as I type this today, am thinking and all I want is to experience God’s love to a level that I have never been able to, I pray that this year is the very one where I tap into God’s new amazingness that my faith will grow stronger than ever before. One thing am sure about is that am far from perfect but if I can stay in God’s presence and let him teach me how to move from one cliff to another, I have a feeling that we can find a new peace and a new way of doing things and also a better way to deal with the conflicts that surround us.
